Winter in Finland, when the snow lies deep and soft all around you. There’s a tingle on your nose as you look out of your front door and breathe the wonderfully cool clean air. High in the ski above, the Northern Lights are dancing their spectacular ritual of red and green. And there is real excitement lying in wait. Will you ski, ride with huskies or drive a snowmobile?
The Arctic Resort is situated on the edge of the wilderness, along the road to the Arctic Sea. It’s a stone’s throw to the Urho Kekkonen National Park, the largest of Finland’s national parks.

The water is so pure that you can quench your thirst straight from a stream, or the lake into which it flows, and the air is so fresh that you can feel it deep down in your lungs.
Up here, winters are cold and summers comfortably warm. All in all, what you’ll find here is perfection
This is the fastest, loudest and most adrenaline-pumping way to get around in Lapland’s nature.
On our snowmobile safari, we’ll ride down the fell into the snowy forest, enjoying some of the best scenery the region has to offer. The two-hour safari includes an outdoor coffee break, while the four-hour safari includes lunch prepared over an open fire and enjoyed out in the open. For those craving more, we also offer an overnight safari.
