Highlights

Hanoi:  Has been Vietnam’s capital for a 1000 year. Located on the Red River and has a wealth of charm. Not to be missed is a visit to the Old Quarter, see some of the old French architecture and same some of the cities famous street food, washed down with a local beer.

Ha Long: located 170km east of Hanoi. Famous for its scenic rock formations and Emerald Green waters. During your cruise, you will get to see caves and grottos.

Nha Trang: Dubbed as the Riviera of the South China Sea, the city’s beautiful coastline offers not only wide sandy beaches backed up by lush mountains. After watching a perfect sunset, sit down for a sumptuous seafood dinner or try out many of the local Vietnamese dishes on offer.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Hanoi (D)

  • On arrival, clear customs and meet with our representative in the Arrival Hall for transfer to your hotel 
  • Dinner is included in your stay at the Hotel
Day 2

Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D)

  • Your Vietnam Beach vacation begins with trip to Halong Bay, a collection of almost 2000 islands and jungle-clad limestone pillars in the Tonkin Gulf. Called “Bay of Descending Dragons” in Vietnamese, the archipelago is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a world-famous travel destination. 
    Leave the hotel and head to Halong, passing through wonderful scenery en route to tranquil villages and buffalo on the fields. 
    Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome drink and a delicious, freshly caught seafood lunch whilst sailing out of the Bay, passing amazing-shaped mountains. Enjoy the seascape from the sundeck or even in your private cabin through the glass window. Take swimming, kayaking and visit caves on the island to get more experience. In the late afternoon, we take part in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration from the on-board chefs and enjoy the seafood feast for dinner as stars emerge from behind those jungle-clad limestone pillars. 
    Spending the night on board in an elegant cabin with handicraft wooden interiors and air-conditioning.
Day 3

Ha Long - Hanoi (B/Brunch)

  • Rise early to catch sunrise over Sung Sot Cave while taking part in a Tai Chi class with the boat’s Tai Chi guru.
    Enjoy a light breakfast, and sit on the upper deck while taking in the breathtaking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay. Then, you can explore Sung Sot Cave, swim and relax. Cruise back to the jetty while brunch is served as you are cruising through the bay and observing more fascinating rock formations.
    Return to Hanoi, with time to relax.
